As a coach, I specialise in supporting individuals to navigate complexity and achieve meaningful, sustained success through a focus on responsible leadership and ethical practice.

High-stakes environments: I provide coaching to human rights professionals and leaders where good judgment and responsible leadership are matters of safety, wellbeing and organisational success.
My coaching approach is rooted in character-based leadership development, which draws on my experience in the education and development sectors and in human rights practice (academic and non-academic). My focus is on coaching professionals and leaders, supporting them to clarify their purpose and take the steps necessary to drive their own purposeful change. I bring cultural competence and a uniquely international experience, having lived and worked in diverse international contexts (Brazil, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Tunisia and the UK).
